Replaced an 80k BTU unit with this one. Install was a breeze even considering the old unit was a floor mount and this one hangs on the wall. My HVAC guy showed up just as I was completing the wiring and it took him about 30 minutes to program it and run through a cycle. It's fast! I took a half-hour long shower, and by the time I'd dried, dressed and went to the utility room it was on standby........

One fan, and A coil is not freezing up has run from 6 am till now -- 7:30pm at 93 degrees outside temp---- other two should be coming to their new home soon

Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. I live in the Colorado mountains and we needed to replace the electric heaters in our bedroom. This heater heats great, but it will not heat to temps below 60 degrees. We like the bedroom air temp cool summer and winter. The controls have 2 timers you can program, but the lowest temp you can program is 60 degrees. That makes no sense. Every thermostat I have seen goes a lot cooler. There is a set back control that goes a lot cooler, but it is totally manual. either on or off.

The furnace was a very easy replacement of an existing 20 year old one. I only had to build a 12" height extension platform for the furnace to sit on. The wiring, plumbing, and electrical was an easy hook up! It started right up and has performed flawlessly ever since! The cost of the furnace was less than my last years furnace repair bill.
