After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. I'm a DIY guy, and this is the first and probably the only boiler I will install. The instructions were fairly clear. And everything works. According to the internal digital and analog thermometers the water in the system is 176 degrees. I understand that's what it should be. So everything is good. It was nice that the unit was so light, I was easily able to move it from the back of my minivan into the basement by myself.

Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect.
