Had an Eternal boiler for only 2 years and code came up tried to find parts but the company had gone under. So much for warranties. These reviews should come out after you have had them for a couple years instead of a couple months but all in all it is doing the job. Like how quiet it runs.

The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit. Install went exactly per instructions. The unit is very quiet. I would also recommend ecomfort’s basic install kit. The wireless thermostat is a nice touch. Works just like a traditional thermostat and is programmable. The indoor unit is 3ft from a tv and 4ft from a fluorescent light. I have not seen any interference. The only negative was a dent on the outdoor unit. It must have happened at the factory as the packaging was in mint condition. The HVAC tech that purged the line mentioned... more

I bought this unit not knowing if it would heat my 19 x 21 kitchen, but to my surprise I have not had to turn the unit any higher than 4 and that was on a -20 day . So my wife is well pleased with me.
