Awesome Unit - Been In A Year Oct 01, 2016

We have a 2 story home in Ocala, FL. A/C is on in May and runs 24/7 till sometime in October. We have 2 heat pumps of 2 ton. A Goodman was put in last year and runs perfect and is quiet. Our second unit is an old 10 SEER, and I will be buying another Goodman. I got a 13 SEER last year and am getting a 14 SEER for the downstairs this year. My son-in-law (ex) owns an A/C company, and he said it's a good unit. He is happy I have a stand up attic.

We like the hydronic panel radiator. We are heating a 12' x 16' room. The radiator keeps the room nice and warm when its -20 degress out side.

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. A Great Little Fan Sep 27, 2016

I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem.
