After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. I had this furnace installed in a manufactured home aka trailer home in the fall of 2015. It has performed well so far. My main complaint is the noise level. Considering that this type of home does not have a basement so the furnace is in the living space with you, it should have been designed to be quieter. 80 decibels is like having an alarm clock run for the duration of the cycle. I was just not sure about ordering a furnace over the internet. Oh am I glad I did. This was everything and so much more. Our home has never been so warm and cozy. Should have done this years ago. Our son put it in for us. He needs a new one too. So before next winter we will see he has one just like ours. If you need a new furnace, by all means, get a Goodman!!!!
