I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. Enjoyed your simple order form and response to request for a lift gate (free). Unit was a close replacement for my old (15 year) Coleman unit. Installation was fairly simple even for a 70 year old. The ducting needed some modifications, but no major renovations. I was amazed by how quiet the unit is. You have to actually listen carefully to hear it run. Work good for a week and half, then burner shut down would not restart caller eComfort and Beckett for help then caller technician he founded out the electric valve in the pump was stuck in one position he got it freed but said needed a new one. and one of the screws stripped in the pump. All of the oil was clean and filter was new before starting the burner. I was charged $226.00 for this. Can I get some help on a new pump. Thank You

Installed this system in a uninsulated summer cottage. Quick to install, I had to do some carpentry work to re-support the ceiling where I cut out 2 x 2's but when I was done it really turned out better that I expected. I'll definitely buy Gree again and will recommend EComfort to all. They were the absolute best.
