Great product, extreme value!

Installation was easy. Cools my whole house in full sun quicker than my car cools. A little louder than I thought. Condenser is large. Remote has plenty of settings. Overall, a great product so far.

Easy Installation Aug 10, 2016

I'm very pleased with how easy the installation was and the domestic hot water is fast and plentiful. I am amazed as to how quick the boiler heats and circulates the water through the system, I am curious to see how efficient it will be come winter.

I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. All items were received with very quick shipping and no issues or delays. I installed all items with the exception of the line sets myself. Quiet, Easy Installation. Oct 16, 2016

This was my first mini-split installation, and it was time consuming but easy. The system is very quiet while running, easily have a conversation standing next to it and I can't hear it standing around the corner of the building, 10' away. The installation is on a semi-secluded lake cottage with only nature for ambient noise, it is that quiet. The indoor units (-18 and -09 wall mounts and 2 -09? floor mounts) are also very quiet in cooling mode. I have not tested heating mode. Notes for the... more
