I had to order it myself cause prior Top Notch Co. took advantage of me waiting till my warranty ran out to come out and tell me my compressor is shot. So glad I picked out this unit it was the one I wanted in the first place one that is not discontinued it seems like a great unit and my new Installers A&A Air Services Inc. were amazing how they took care of me even put down a new updated tray for my Air Handler to sit on. Can't say enough how professionally it was all installed.

I used this inline fan to hook up to my vent hood in my kitchen. Even though this product was assembled in America, the motor was made in Germany and you certainly can't go wrong with German technology. I also brought LD10 silencer to attach directly to the fan and placed the silencer between the vent hood and the fan. I also purchased the FC10 clamp to hold the silencer and fan in place. I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. I will recommend the Mitsubishi heat pump to any one. Very efficient product, little expensive but it is worth it to have a nice product.

Replaced a 22 year old Triangle tube heater with the Smart 40. My furnace hardly ever runs to keep my hot water hot unless I am using it. Really holds the heat. I have had it installed about a month now and I think it was a great purchase. A little expensive, but if it last as long as my last one, I'll be happy.
