The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. I just built a new pole building and was looking for heat and decided this is it. At this point have it hanging, in process of hooking up so might be a little early for a review, but I can tell I'm going to be satisfied. Delivery was Awesome no complaints
