I use the IN11 for a typical 6-fam 3-fl walk-up typical of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. 5,000 sq.ft. living space. Check the dimensions. Mine appears twice the length of the photo. Where do I start? I'm no HVAC pro. But I have one on speed dial. After much deliberating and my HVAC expert telling me to go with ecomfort I figured "what the heck". the site is great, the filter is okay.
