We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! They are installed in a warehouse with great WIFI access so we controlled all 28 individual heat zones using 28 WIFI thermostats from Honeywell. Couldn't be a happier customer! We installed this unit in a small studio type building located in the Arizona desert northwest of Tucson. Even with a large south facing window and plenty of other glass, it keeps things cool even with when the temperature is over 115 degrees. Fast cool down from high starting room temperatures as well. Cooling is accomplished with a minimum of noise.on any blower setting. I highly recommend this very effective solution for specialized cooling needs such as ours..
