After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. There is no problem with ordering or customer service or the price. My problem was with the vendor who shipped the Warmwire 80 sq ft kit. The box arrived only half full, with a 12 pound spool of wire rattling around in the box. The DVD was not in a sleeve, just tossed in the box. The thermostat was in a box that was slightly crushed. Dont know if it will work when install time comes. Hope I made the right choice...

We added on to our laundry room and needed heat and cooling. Upon receiving the unit a couple of us had the unit installed and ready for a AC man The people that take care of all our systems came over, checked for leaks and in a few more minutes up and running. Very impressed with the unit so far. We decided to go with Gree since we had 10 units come in on cabins we installed this spring.

The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit.
