Installed this boiler in June 2012 - Very good documentation - Very good response from customer service when I had a question about the controls. Checked on higher efficiency rated boilers but could not justify the much higher price. Until you make up the increase in price with the savings in fuel the unit would be 8 - 10 years old. We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! Had 2 window air conditioners that were not working as well as I expected. Talked to some friends that have the mini split system, and decided to try one. after getting several bids I decided to buy the system outright and install it myself. All went very well, everything was very easy and when I had a question I called Chris and he had the answers or got them in a timely fashion. I would recommend this to anyone, The GREE is a great product.

There is no problem with ordering or customer service or the price. My problem was with the vendor who shipped the Warmwire 80 sq ft kit. The box arrived only half full, with a 12 pound spool of wire rattling around in the box. The DVD was not in a sleeve, just tossed in the box. The thermostat was in a box that was slightly crushed. Dont know if it will work when install time comes. Hope I made the right choice...
