Great product but found the pressure sensor only works if the world is working perfectly! Meaning the venting must be in excellent shape and does not come apart in the walls or the power is a reliable source. This was installed in one of our customer's homes. Installation straight forward and worked well but then it became a nightmare. Multiple calls back and a real money looser. This fan will cost you a little more, but it's worth it! Light is plenty bright, comes with light bulbs, 2 regular, 1 night. Easy to wire. Very quiet, can hardly hear it. Moves a lot of air. My mirror doesn't fog up at all and everything is bone dry. A tissue can easily be held up with fan power. It almost tears it and sucks it through the slots! Packaging of the product was top notch, very well protected.
