Bought this system after a blazing hot summer. Was in my opinion the best and maybe the only way to get this kind of heating/cooling in an older and inefficient home at a more reasonable price with the option to do it myself. Received unit only issue unit would be left in driveway not placed on porch. Family strained and put unit inside house. My only complaint. Unit working great. Cold Air Rocks. It has been a sweat box. Good product and great price. I strongly recommend a/c unit.

Work good for a week and half, then burner shut down would not restart caller eComfort and Beckett for help then caller technician he founded out the electric valve in the pump was stuck in one position he got it freed but said needed a new one. and one of the screws stripped in the pump. All of the oil was clean and filter was new before starting the burner. I was charged $226.00 for this. Can I get some help on a new pump. Thank You

I have a 25' x 40' insulated garage. My new 60K btu Reznor heater brings the temp. from 50 degrees to 65 degrees in about 25 min. I love it.

I would like to be able to give a good report, but the truth is during just the second winter I used this product it stopped working. I tried to relight it but as soon as I let of the pilot button the pilot goes out. I removed the thermocouple which senses the pilot flame and locks the gas valve on so the thermostat can control the burner. I was told if you sand it off it can restore its function. But that did not fix the problem and the pilot won't stay lit. I have to conclude that the... more
