Great product but found the pressure sensor only works if the world is working perfectly! Meaning the venting must be in excellent shape and does not come apart in the walls or the power is a reliable source. This was installed in one of our customer's homes. Installation straight forward and worked well but then it became a nightmare. Multiple calls back and a real money looser. I will recommend the Mitsubishi heat pump to any one. Very efficient product, little expensive but it is worth it to have a nice product.

I installed a WarmWire heated floor in a 6'x8' coat room that had no other source of heat. It is on a concrete slab with 2 outside walls and a wall to an unheated attached garage. I glued 2 6mm thick sheets of Cerazorb synthetic cork directly on the concrete. It was super easy to lay the wire on top on the cork using the metal clip system provided. To be safe, I laid a sheet of 1/4" luan plywood on top of the wires while laying the tile. I checked the resistance in the wires at each step... more

My neighbor just spent $3500.00 having a new furnace put on, which for me was out of the question...I bought your furnace (same size) for $575.00 delivered to my door. I'm 75 years old and had it installed and running in 6 hours complete. And that's for changing electric, gas lines, upper plenum and lower base. The unit is quiet and efficient, I couldn't be more happy saving about $3,000.00. Only time will tell how long it will last but I found no shortcuts on the quality of construction..would... more

It was easy to install and start up but in reading the manual no warranty is supplied unless the system is installed by a certified installer. The house was cold and it was Saturday so no option of contracting help. Gas furnaces are inherently reliable so probably not a problem but some warning may have changed my mind of self performing.
