Incredibly quiet and efficient. Disappointed that it doesn't have the temperature read-out or any other display on the head. I think this was a foolish cost-cutting measure. Lose the remote or break it and you are screwed.

A family member installed a 22k BTU Mitsubishi mini split in his 4 car garage (also purchased from ecomfort), i was so impressed with his unit i had to buy one myself. I bought this unit to heat and cool an 500sq ft 2 car, garage with 14' ceiling in NJ. I insulated the garage and self installed. Using in warehouse to prevent pipes from freezing, but since the weather hasn't been very cold it is difficult to evaluate. The install was fairly easy.
