I installed this unit about a month ago to heat/cool our 3rd floor loft (finished attic) and it has been working flawlessly so far. It is energy efficient and was straightforward to install using the instructions provided and the appropriate tools (torque wrench, vacuum pump in addition to standard tools). I'm a DIY guy, and this is the first and probably the only boiler I will install. The instructions were fairly clear. And everything works. According to the internal digital and analog thermometers the water in the system is 176 degrees. I understand that's what it should be. So everything is good. It was nice that the unit was so light, I was easily able to move it from the back of my minivan into the basement by myself.
