DID YOU HAVE IT SERVICED BY A PRO WHO KNEW HOW TO DO A BUDERUS (BREAK DOWN SERVICE)...MY heat exchanger was dirty from not doing a yearly BUDERUS BREAK DOWN SERVICE as stated in the boiler manual....gas co. contract does not cover cleaning condensing boiler heat exchanger, so...it gets dirty, the flame temp in the heat exchanger goes up, and the sensor and igniter burn out...If in doubt, do what I did, Called Buderus in New Hampshire...number on manual that came with boiler,

I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.

I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. All items were received with very quick shipping and no issues or delays. I installed all items with the exception of the line sets myself. Love the Schluter products. I have used the Kerdi llner for years and attended a technical training in VA. Have learned that the 32"x60" Shower Kit is available from my local Home Depot for $499 + tax. Free shipping is nice but I'm at the home improvement stores every day. Probably won't buy on-line again unless the pricing is lowered. Thanks for the opportunity to review
