I ordered 5 of these mats to heat a sunroom of ~10'x12' size with a standard osb subfloor and tile floor. The mats were delivered quickly and appear very robust in construction. Ample instructions on how to install are included and the installation is proceeding quickly with no issues.

Installed my B10/4 with a becket burner, just over a month ago. I am very pleased with it so far. Have a tank for hot water and it heats the tank quickly. I have only had to run it a couple of times to take the chill off the house, but it did so well. It is quiet, light weight. The weight was nice since I have no outside access to my cellar, and had to bring it thru the house and down a flight of stairs. The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit.
