We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! They are installed in a warehouse with great WIFI access so we controlled all 28 individual heat zones using 28 WIFI thermostats from Honeywell. Couldn't be a happier customer! Very nice furnace, works great. I used all metal duct work in a cool basement. You lose a lot of heat just warming the duct work. You may want to use the insulated variety as it will not lose as much heat prior to reaching its final destination. I really don't care because I want some heat in my basement anyway. Also, you may want to move to a higher btu level to resolve this issue. If I had to do over, I would have gone with an 80,000 btu instead of the 60,000. All in all, it still gets the... more

4-star Unit Woks Great But Concerned About The Lack Of Warranty Jun 06, 2016

It was easy to install and start up but in reading the manual no warranty is supplied unless the system is installed by a certified installer. The house was cold and it was Saturday so no option of contracting help. Gas furnaces are inherently reliable so probably not a problem but some warning may have changed my mind of self performing.
