My suggestion is to have a very experienced high efficiency furnace plumber install the unit. From what I now know all aspects of the system need to be in balance to work properly. My unit is exceptional and my wife likes the colored pictures designating the various modes of operation.

Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east. My neighbor just spent $3500.00 having a new furnace put on, which for me was out of the question...I bought your furnace (same size) for $575.00 delivered to my door. I'm 75 years old and had it installed and running in 6 hours complete. And that's for changing electric, gas lines, upper plenum and lower base. Enjoyed your simple order form and response to request for a lift gate (free). Unit was a close replacement for my old (15 year) Coleman unit. Installation was fairly simple even for a 70 year old. The ducting needed some modifications, but no major renovations. I was amazed by how quiet the unit is. You have to actually listen carefully to hear it run. Thank you and I would recommend your company to an actual friend.
