I have had this Panasonic Dual Zone CU-2E18/CS-E12x2 for over 2 years now. I am pleased overall but would offer a few tips: - My application is primarily for heating, and I am in a location where temps can dip below zero. The unit does a surprising job of heating down to 5 degrees F, but after that will drop off significantly, and eventually shut itself off around zero. I installed a WarmWire heated floor in a 6'x8' coat room that had no other source of heat. It is on a concrete slab with 2 outside walls and a wall to an unheated attached garage. I glued 2 6mm thick sheets of Cerazorb synthetic cork directly on the concrete. It was super easy to lay the wire on top on the cork using the metal clip system provided. I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.
