After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. Arrived promptly. Manufacturer readily available w/ live human beings answering the phone to provide tech/installation assistance. Straight forward installation w/ instructions, but would have liked a bit more detail on circulator placement. Installed & fired up in midst of cold snap. Only been a couple of weeks, but working without a hitch so far and heating house beautifully.

Have had it up and running for about 4 days now, and have had no complaints. Using this for the main source of heat in a single wide trailer in the state of Maine. Got this for my sister and she called me last nite, temp was in the 20's outside and inside was 75 degrees, warmest she has ever had it in the cold weather since she has lived there for 30 years. Even one of her cats is not sleeping with them now, she is sleeping in the cat toy next to the furnace.
