AC unit of 8 years died during heat spell and contractors where quoting very high prices to replace. Having some mechanical ability I decided to purchase and install a new unit myself. eComfort guided me through the whole system and the new unit was shipped to Calif. in just a few days. Had new unit installed in two days and had a licensed AC Tech do my start-up. I saved almost $6000 dollars. New project will be a whole house fan system which they also sell.

Friday morning I called your customer service, "It will be delivered by 4PM." I called again at 3:00 PM. "It will be delivered by 4PM"... I called again at 4:30, no delivery? Unit installed last October. Worked well for the first three months then started acting up. Required constant visits by plumber who at this juncture has no clue what the problem is and neither does the wholesaler or the manufacturer. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEVICE!!
