The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Since most licensed HVAC contractors don't want to touch so small a job or they don't want the liability of signing off on the leak test if they did not install the unit themselves. Unit: No blower control. The blower lag time cant be adjusted. I would also recommend two stage instead of single stage. Looks well built. No apparent damage. Delivery: Old dominion delivery driver lied to me. Lead me on a goose chase for sheet metal sheers when he had a set in his truck the whole time. Claimed he couldn't unpack the unit from the pallet. When I returned he had the whole thing unpacked. Unprofessional crap.
