We added on to our laundry room and needed heat and cooling. Upon receiving the unit a couple of us had the unit installed and ready for a AC man The people that take care of all our systems came over, checked for leaks and in a few more minutes up and running. Very impressed with the unit so far. We decided to go with Gree since we had 10 units come in on cabins we installed this spring.

I have two of these units. The first one I bought was for my Business to handle Domestic Hot-water (via Heat exchange and snow melt operations) Units has been up and running for 2 years with short run cycles from 7-15 Mins.... (not a good thing) but it has held up like a champ. we use 160f water for our low temp dishwasher. Then a heat another Heat exchanger for the Snow melt system. This is a four to five star item, or should be. However, the independent carrier used by eComfort is such a pain to deal with, I have to give it three stars to register my complaints. Despite what the email from eComfort said, the driver worked very hard to get us to accept the product without inspection, and indicated once it was off his truck it was not going back on no matter what damage we might find. He falsely claimed that because it was "over 100 pounds" he could not help... more
