Installed this system in a uninsulated summer cottage. Quick to install, I had to do some carpentry work to re-support the ceiling where I cut out 2 x 2's but when I was done it really turned out better that I expected. I'll definitely buy Gree again and will recommend EComfort to all. They were the absolute best.

My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect. Went to Home Depot and Lowes to find ducting to fit this expensive fan.....not a good fit on anything even 3-4-5 inch rubber boots do not fit ???? I threw away the box and went to job to install....I bought an inline fan at hd $26 works and fit great..
