Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. I have not hooked this unit up yet, mostly because I don't have all the parts. It would be better if there was some help in "knowing" that you have all that's needed, very simple things have really held things up. It's not until you look at the installation instructions that you figure this out. At this point I would have to blame the seller!

Easy to setup and the optional install kit had everything needed for the job. Unit came missing a panel cover and still am waiting to see if this gets resolved.

I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic.
