Quiet, Unbelievably Quiet Nov 23, 2016

Installed it in the bonus room above our garage. About 300 sq/ft. Insulated with 6" rolled installation, but ceiling being 6" under roof has a very high radiant heat effect in hot times of year. 9000 BTU's does job nicely. Can cool room to 65' to satisfy my most demanding guest from the north. But the most amazing thing is how quiet outside unit is. Modine Noisy Sep 02, 2016

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. Great House Fan!! Aug 15, 2016

Installed this fan and it works GREAT! Cools house quickly and quietly! You can feel the air moving in the house as it cool down. Recommend this fan to all clients with heat issues in summer. I installed 8 hour timer and hi/low switch. That is the way to go!

One fan, and A coil is not freezing up has run from 6 am till now -- 7:30pm at 93 degrees outside temp---- other two should be coming to their new home soon

We like the hydronic panel radiator. We are heating a 12' x 16' room. The radiator keeps the room nice and warm when its -20 degress out side.
