I have a large auto repair shop in upstate NY that was like an icebox every winter.... until we installed this unit! Now it easily warms up the shop and keeps it that way. We ordered the propane conversion kit and that went in and worked perfectly.It was the best price out there and It has a GREAT warranty and it was shipped FREE and was shipped immediately after I ordered it! We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. I replaced my old Modine heater, with a new Modine heater and it works great. The old one, the only thing that went wrong with it, was one of the fan blades broke in half . The old one , didn't owe me nothing, I had it in my shop for 38 years.

Installed the unit, turned the power on, getting flashing on/off light. Remote cannot find out the problem.
