The installation went as smooth as glass. The contractor was done in one day with my help. I am using this system to cool my garage (20 x 20 x 9) in FL. The system both indoor and outdoor units are unbelievably quite. The system is not cheap. However, you are getting a very high quality product worth every penny. On a 98/98 degree/humidity day the garage was cooled to 72 in about 90 minutes.

OK, first thing to do is to consider the space, (including walls and doors) you are trying to condition. Envision the air flow between where the air will eventually come in and where it will be exhausted once you install the ductwork. This heater was easy to install, it is made of high quality metal. Nice to have power connections on both sides of the heater and ample amount of heat.
