4-star Unit Woks Great But Concerned About The Lack Of Warranty Sep 08, 2016

It was easy to install and start up but in reading the manual no warranty is supplied unless the system is installed by a certified installer. The house was cold and it was Saturday so no option of contracting help. Gas furnaces are inherently reliable so probably not a problem but some warning may have changed my mind of self performing.

It has been installed for a month and has surpassed my expectations for its ability to cool my space and for being quiet. If you are worried about noise, this is the unit for you. its a whisper. I waited for two months to write this review. Iowa Cold, but not on the feet. I put in radiant tubing inside of concrete flooring of 800 sq ft with kitchen on another 150 not with radiant in an "apt." for my daughter. I can't tell you how nice it feels immediately upon entering. It is a different feel to the warmth. At our home, we have a furnace we set at 68 - 72 depending on what time of day(programmable) and it never feels warm. At my daughters it is set at 67 degrees... more
