This is my 4th Mitsubishi system going in. Superbly QUIET, super efficient, and reliable. I saved a fortune on heating and cooling bills over the years with my 3 systems, this completes the house. Easy to install, well made. Mini Splits are the way to go. Mitsubishi is the king of the hill, in SEER, reliable, features and function, each generation gets better and better. Highly recommended to heat and cool. QUIET, RELIABLE SUPER EFFICIENT

Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect. This is a four to five star item, or should be. However, the independent carrier used by eComfort is such a pain to deal with, I have to give it three stars to register my complaints. Despite what the email from eComfort said, the driver worked very hard to get us to accept the product without inspection, and indicated once it was off his truck it was not going back on no matter what damage we might find. He falsely claimed that because it was "over 100 pounds" he could not help... more
