My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Easy to install with the caleffi valve and provided brackets. It keeps my daughter's formerly cold ground floor bedroom nice and warm. She no longer needs an electric heater to supplement the old baseboards.
