Pros: -Wasn't very heavy -Came with many accessories including a flare adapters -Nice to have the option of an intake from the bottom on head units -VERY quiet. -All hook ups are on one side of head unit -Condenser has tons of directional options on how cables/lines enter unit. -Electrical is simple and easily accessible. -CFM displacement is impressive. -Condenser came with good accessories including rubber vibration pads. It works good except mine started leaking all over the floor inside of 2 yrs and now my contractor says he hasn't heard from the dealer for the warranty. No drain in on the unit so I can't just move it out of my basement.

Works great, much quieter than my last gable fan, and moves a lot more air. Only concern is the thermostat that came with this unit ranges 65 to 90. My last fan was 85 to 145. Unit seems to stay on longer in order to reach the 90 degree. Unit runs more being in an attic in Florida. This fan was very easy to install and had great wiring instructions.
