The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Received air conditioner installation went great already had sleeve from previous carrier 52s!!! This one cools a lot better more !! I like it better filter is easy to clean just pull them out clean rinse reinstall!!!
