So far this seems like a terrific unit. We bought it primarily for heating. We spoke with a professional local installer who was terrific. They let us do some of the things to save costs. It's really easy if you can drill a hole through your wall. The professionals came before and after to check over what we did and then do the vacuum pumping and a few other things we just weren't sure about. After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. I Am Hopeful Mar 10, 2016

My first outdoor condenser was installed by a diamond dealer. It quit working three weeks after installation. i contacted e comfort and initiated a warranty claim with chris. Within 10 days i was shipped a new unit. it has worked flawlessly for the past three weeks. I am hopeful it continues to provide the wonderful comfort that i expect for my 1200 sq. Ft. Shop for a long time. why it quit? i do not fully know, but i would still highly recommend one of these units for heating. air... more
