UPDATE 4/19/16: As stated in my previous post the ordering process was excellent. Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. I deep researched this unit before purchasing, previously had small portable units (worked, but labor intensive)...basement would always be 15 percent higher humidity than upper house (deep summer would yield 70 percent humidity downstairs)...I "rafter" hung unit with run off directly to my furnace's evaporation pump (used clear tubing to see water discharge)...as "summer" just arrived and downstairs was reading 56 percent humidity I set unit to 50 on control and 11 hours... more

I installed a WarmWire heated floor in a 6'x8' coat room that had no other source of heat. It is on a concrete slab with 2 outside walls and a wall to an unheated attached garage. I glued 2 6mm thick sheets of Cerazorb synthetic cork directly on the concrete. It was super easy to lay the wire on top on the cork using the metal clip system provided. To be safe, I laid a sheet of 1/4" luan plywood on top of the wires while laying the tile. I checked the resistance in the wires at each step... more
