The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Built by a division of Weil McLain the boiler it is similar to their products. Seems to be build well and I hope to have years of trouble free working status. A little difficult to install given the position of the ports. I will recommend this product to others.
