January 2016 our heater went out at our business. We ordered the Modine PDP-150,000 BTU Unit Heater. Other than the shipping was slow - we received this heater a little later than expected in Wisconsin. The heater was installed and is working great as of today, March 2.

Awesome product, cools the house within 30 min. I have a 2600 sq ft house and this thing is great. In the morning you turn it on for 30 min and the house is in the low 60s. The house stays cool all day long. It's a bit expensive but worth it. It saves on the ac bill.

Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect. One fan, and A coil is not freezing up has run from 6 am till now -- 7:30pm at 93 degrees outside temp---- other two should be coming to their new home soon
