I love this system. It's been installed in my house for almost two years now and have no problems at all and all the hot water I need. I would recommend this to anyone replacing a hot water unit. Originally, I had a tankless coil in the furnance and that required the furnace to run all year long. Now, I can shut off the furnace during the summer. Also, this product is energy star compliant which means a payback from uncle sam during tax time.

New Heater Installed May 30, 2016

The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. I had it up and running by Monday, I tried to get the new one as close as possible as the old one in output and so I only got the single stage. Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.

Not Recommended For A Busy 800sqft Store Jul 15, 2016

We bought this set for our tea shop measuring about 800 sqft. We place one in the kitchen and one in the seating area. You can feel the breeze withing 3ft of the machine. We even use a laser and measured the temp to be about 64 coming out from the machine however if you wave the laser just a few feet away its 90 degrees...huge difference. My customers keeps complaining why we don't have AC but when I point to the mirrored AC device saying that we do...they said then fix it! We wasted so... more

Noritz Replacement Heater Dec 14, 2016

i installed two of these in 2008. had to replace one after 6 years the other after 8 years. the only reason i replaced with Noritz was the supposed ease of replacement with the same heater i.e. all piping was supposed to line up...NOT SO! I had to redo piping which cost me an additional $200 because the piping did not line up with original heater. Also i should have been able to get a longer life with original heaters.
