Installed this boiler in June 2012 - Very good documentation - Very good response from customer service when I had a question about the controls. Checked on higher efficiency rated boilers but could not justify the much higher price. Until you make up the increase in price with the savings in fuel the unit would be 8 - 10 years old. If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. Nice looking European style radiator. Build quality is first class. Easy to install - bolt two brackets to the wall, snap the radiator in place and hook up your lines. Pre-finished in white paint. Only downside - the manufacturer only covers the edges in light cardboard and shrink wraps them in plastic. Item is not easy to ship and can be damaged as a result.

I ordered 5 of these mats to heat a sunroom of ~10'x12' size with a standard osb subfloor and tile floor. The mats were delivered quickly and appear very robust in construction. Ample instructions on how to install are included and the installation is proceeding quickly with no issues.

January 2016 our heater went out at our business. We ordered the Modine PDP-150,000 BTU Unit Heater. Other than the shipping was slow - we received this heater a little later than expected in Wisconsin. The heater was installed and is working great as of today, March 2.
